By downloading, installing, or using RallyIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. RallyIQ is intended for use by coaches and authorized team staff at sanctioned youth and club sporting events. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
RallyIQ is an AI-powered volleyball analytics application designed for club and youth volleyball coaches. The App allows coaches to upload video footage for AI-generated coaching insights, track rally results and match statistics, and manage player rosters and session history.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that video recording is permitted at any venue, tournament, or facility where you use the App.
By using RallyIQ to record or upload footage involving minors, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary parental or guardian consents required by applicable law, including COPPA and BIPA where relevant. RallyIQ provides the tool; the coach or organization is responsible for the right to record and process footage of participants.
Recording at sanctioned sporting events may incidentally capture opposing players, officials, and spectators. You agree to use any such footage solely for private coaching analysis and not to publish, share, or distribute it in any way that could identify or harm third parties.
RallyIQ identifies players by jersey number and visible name only. The App does not use facial recognition technology and does not create biometric profiles of any individual.
RallyIQ collects account information (email and profile data), video footage submitted for AI analysis, rally logs and match statistics, player roster data, and usage data (number of analyses performed, features used).
To operate the App, we share data with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:
These providers process data only as necessary to provide the service and are contractually prohibited from using your data for other purposes.
Video footage uploaded for analysis is processed and may be temporarily stored in Google Cloud Storage for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted. Rally logs and statistics are retained as long as your account is active.
RallyIQ does not sell your data or your players' data to any third party under any circumstances.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our database enforces Row-Level Security (RLS), meaning each user can only access their own data even with a public API key.
You may request an export of your data or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting legal@rallyiq.app. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.
RallyIQ does not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under the age of 13. Players do not create accounts and do not interact with the App directly. Coaches are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent is obtained before recording minors.
RallyIQ does not collect, store, or use biometric identifiers. Player identification is limited to jersey numbers and visible name text only.
AI-generated insights from RallyIQ, CourtIQ, and Scout IQ are probabilistic suggestions based on video analysis. They are provided for informational and coaching purposes only. RallyIQ is a coaching aid, not a source of objective truth. Coaches remain solely responsible for all decisions regarding player development, playing time, and team strategy. RallyIQ is not liable for any outcome resulting from coaching decisions made using AI-generated insights.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's standard terms. RallyIQ does not process payment information directly.
AI-generated insights are provided for your personal coaching use only. You may not resell or republish AI-generated content in a commercial context.
RallyIQ is provided "as is." Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
If a claim proceeds in court, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Cobb County, Georgia.
You may terminate your account at any time. Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution survive termination.
